（中央社新德里16日綜合外電報導）西藏流亡政府行政首長洛桑桑蓋今天說，美國總統當選人川普對中國大陸的強硬姿態讓他深感鼓舞，並呼籲川普在推進西藏運動方面，摒棄後門外交，採取更加衝撞立場。

洛桑桑蓋（Lobsang Sangay）說，華府1970年代向北京張開雙臂以來，美國與歐洲一直就鎮壓指控尋求與北京打交道，這實際上導致西藏問題從各種公共論壇中匿跡。
